Scroll bar when coming back from Dialog Window Options

I have got a strange problem when using the Dialog box. It's opening fine but when coming back to the main window IE shows horizontal and vertical scroll.

Steps to reproduce the problem (in IE)

1) Go here

2) Click on the image

3) Click on the exit

4) And back on the main screen you'll see the scrolling bars and I am also unable to use the options on the top of the screen

That is very interesting. Is it possible for you to create a test project that reproduces the problem?
