Hi there, I currently have a license for version 6.0 of your essential objects grid, but I'm running a 5.0 dll and the license doesn't work. Is there any way I can "back license" for 5.0 granted I don't want to take the risk of any code not running on 6.0? Thanks!

Hi,
What we can do is to "downgrade" your order to 5.0 (you want to keep your 6.0 license key in case you want to switch back to 6.0). Note that 6.0 is suppose to be back compatible so all new bugs will be fixed 6.0. Please reply if you want us to downgrade your order.

Hi,
We have downgraded your order from "EO.Web Controls 2008" to "EO.Web Controls 2007.2". We also had to change your order date from 8/3 back to 6/3 because our order system won't an older item after the new item is released.
Please let us know anytime you wish to switch back.
