I have my eo_web.licx file and I droped it in the Bin directory of the production website but I am still getting the "No License" error at the top of my pages. Is there something else I need to do?

I gave Network Service Permission to the Bin folder and it still cant see it. Althought I think I might be dealing with some server caching issues. I will check again later... thanks.
