Hi,
I am trying to set TextBoxWidth for TextBoxColumn but its not working. Is it linked to some other property?

Hi,
We looked into it and it appears that the property is not being used. The property was originally introduced but later it was implemented as Grid always automatically resizes the width of the textbox to fit the width of the cell, as this seems to be what most people would expect (thus this property should have been removed). Can you let us know the reason as why you want to set this property?

Actually, in the gird we are displaying long text and we want to pop-up the textbox at least bigger than the display one so that the users can write and see in a better way.

Excellent point. We will see what we can do. Most likely it will be, if that property is set, the Grid would use the value you provided; otherwise it automatically resizes it to fit the column. Does that sound reasonable to you?

Thanks. It started working. I really appreciate yours immediate actions.
However, one problem is coming. Lets say if the grid is showing vertical scrol bars and when I move down and press <enter> to get into the edit mode then the header becomes flaky. sometimes it shows, sometimes not and sometime just half.

Hi,
We are aware of such issues but we do not expect it to be fixed shortly. It's a browser bug and we have not found any reliable workaround yet. The problem is more apparent when editing is active.
