Problem with my license Options

Hi,

i have purchased one license for Splitter, but my license do not work.

I have put my license Key in license manager on my dev pc, and i put my Resdistribution Key on my Bin folder of my app (in my dev pc).

I have always a advertising message for purchase a license.

Please, help me for installing correctly my license.

Hi,

Yes i read the Help file.

I have no License Key (or key) in my license manager (in list box), but i add the license this morning ...

Hi,

Make sure you log in with the same user. I believe the key is stored per user.

Also make sure you are running the correct license manager. There are two license managers, one is for EO.Web Controls, the other is for EO.WinForm Controls. They look alike but they are different. Check whether your list box has a "Expires At" column (scroll to the right to see it), if you have that column, then you are running the correct License Manager.

Hi,

I use the same user.
I use the correct License manager.

I upload a screenshot of different windows with error.

My license do not exist in list box of license manager.
