I would just like to suggest that you upgrade your forum to a better interface and search capability.

It would be nice to see only the topic's subject line returned in the search results. All of the follow-up threads can be listed underneath it. That would clean up a lot of the clutter and redundancy that shows up.

Also, the search itself seems to be hit or miss. Maybe organizing them into subject areas would help??

And a quick note, after typing in the search box, the enter key should be the same as clicking the submit button. Right now, it just refreshes the page.

There are some great forum sites out there that are very user friendly. I think it would make it easier for your customers to better get the support they may need.

Blah blah blah...not a big deal, but maybe a big impact.
