Why menu (using Office2003 template) keeps growing? Options

I was redirected to your website from MS www.asp.net. I downloaded and tried menu builder. Unfortunately my first try wasn't working correctly (according documentation of your site). Menu initially displays in three rows, it keeps growing (vertically) when I move mouse over it. Eventaully it occupies a whole page. What did I do wrong?

We are not aware of any of such problem. Can you try this online demo and see if it grows?
