I wonder if there are any way to clientside (javascript) check all subnodes (all levels) when a parent node is checked. the same way when a parentnode is unchecked, all subnodes need to be unchecked.

if their aren't, can you guide me to do this serverside?

If you want to have more control, you can handle this event:
