eo.pdf version 6.0.34 is not supported on windows OS 2019 Options

Hi Team,
We are using eo.pdf and we purchased, and we are using license version only.
Version - 6.0.34

targetFramework= .net 4.5

OS Version - 2019

But it doesn't support in OS 2019. It says adobe acrobat could not open pdf file because file is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.
Previously we are using OS 2012. It is running on windows OS 2012 But it is not supported on windows OS 2019.

Kindly resolve this issue soon since we need to Upgrade Our Windows OS to 2019 from 2012.

Hi,

You will need to purchase a new license for the current version. Your version is more than a decade old (was released in 2014) so it does not support Windows 2019. The current version does fully support Windows 2019.
