In researching this issue, learned two things. First Chrome ended support for win7, not a surprise. Second how to trap the CrashData. I keep one lab system win7 and the other win 10, just for this reason.
2023_1.77 works in both 7 and 10 environments. I did not try to roll out 2023_3.13. I can test 2023_3.24 if it will tell us something. I can send the crash data if interested. We have plans to migrate all the remaining win7 systems in Q1 of 2024. I understand if you no longer support win7, it just kind of surprised me that it would have an issue.
