Getting error 'Failed to resolve LoadLibrary' after upgrading OS to 2019 Options

Hi,
We upgraded the OS from 2012 to 2019. After the upgrade we are getting an error, 'Failed to resolve LoadLibrary'.
After searching the Support Forum I came across the below topic suggesting we might have to renew or purchase a new license.
I do not have the order details, could you please contact me in order to send you our license key to investigate?
