Does latest version of EO.pdf support windows OS 2012? if No, then which version is suitable for OS 2012?

I am trying to download pdf file from application but it is not getting downloaded. we are using OS 2012 server. Please help.

We are checking for version 23.0.83 and windows server is 2012 compatibility.
