Space character not included in the export Options

We are trying to export the following web page https://profile.id.com.au/rda-ahfki/population

The title at the top of the page reads "RDA Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island". However, the export skips the space between RDA and Adelaide in both the pdf and the word export.

How to resolve?

We tested your Url here and it works fine. You can also verifies it here:

We do not have any product that exports to Word. So that part is unrelated to us.

Hi,

I'm sorry but it looks to have the same issue on the demo site. It's a bit hard to judge but it looks like the space is also missing between "RDA" and "Adelaide", both on the grey text and the red text. Are you able to verify that as I can't download the pdf output on the demo site?

Noted about the Word export. I was under the impression it was the same library. I'll reach out to the 3rd party.

Hi,

The space characther IS there. To download the PDF file on our live demo site, you can right click the PDF file and then click "Save As". You can then save the result to a local file. You can then use Adobe Reader to open the PDF file and copy the text at where you think the space is missing into notepad. You will see the space is there.

It IS NOT there. I followed your instructions and the space isn't present.

See below text copied from the PDF from the top of the page. The issue seems limited to the titles and is fine in the page content.
