Hi,
We recently purchased EO.Webcontrols 3.1.But for some reason , it is not showing up in the .net 2008 tool box.Can any one tell me how can I add it to the .net tool box?

Here are the instructions: http://www.essentialobjects.com/ViewDoc.aspx?t=InstallationAndDeployment%2finstall.html3.1 is a very old version and it has some known issues with Visual Studio 2008. Hi
Unfortunately the person who received the order, did not saved the url. So I can not link the order either. Only thing I can provide you is the license file named eo_web.licx .
What else I can do to get the upgrade to work for my earlier version?

Hi,
You can get the link to be resent to you from Support -> Contact Us page. If you no longer have access to the original email address, you can send a private message to us with the contents of your eo_web.licx, your name and your organization name (if you belongs to an organization) so that we can verify the order. Once we verify that, we will be able to provide the link to you. Note you can not transfer a developer license from another person to you as developer license is licensed to a single developer.

I have some application with EO.Web Controls 3.1
And now I got the upgrade named EO.Web Controls Suite (2007.2) for .net 2008
How can I use it with .Net 2008 with out making any problem for my other programs using .net 2003 and EO.Web Controls 3.1.

Hi Jay,
You will be able to run them fine but the design time feature of both version will not work at the same time. So it would be best for you to upgrade all of them to the new version. Otherwise you will need to keep them on separate machines.
