Hello Support Team,

We have trouble with cookie policy popups in your WebBrowser. We are not able to close these popups. It is also not possible to accept or deny the cookie settings. None of the buttons trigger an action or close the popup.
We have integrated shipment tracking in an iframe in our web application. The cookie policy popup is displayed by the shipping company.
In Chrome the same application works fine and we can accept or deny the cookie policy or close this popup.
We use your WebBrowser version 21.0.85 and we also tested the current release 22.0.68. It doesn't work there.
Do you know this issue or have any fix?

You can reproduce it in this test application: Cookie Policy Test Fiddle

Thank you in adnvance for some information!

Best regards

Hi,

We tested this with the latest build and it seems to be working fine. Our test steps are:

1. Open the test Url you provided with our TabbedBrowser sample application;
2. Click the big read button in the iframe. The popup closes;
3. Restart TabbedBrowser sample application and open the same Url;
4. The popup is no longer displayed;

Can you test the same steps and let us know if it works for you?

Thanks!

Hi,

We tested the URL in your TabbedBrowser and it works fine. But in our application, unfortunately, it doesn't work with the same version 2022.0.68.0. Is there any flag or property we need to set to the Webview Control, so that we can allow/ deny the cookie policy settings as it works in the TabbedBrowser?

Thanks!

Hi,

we got it working! For some reason we set EnableWebSecurity to false. After setting it to true it works.

Regards!
