Hi
We use EO.WebBrowser inside the kiosk app on Windows 10. Kiosks use very high quality multitouch screens. The issue is that sometimes (pretty often) the touch stops working inside our application. When we open any other application touch screen works. If we connect a mouse it works as well. It's just touch events stop working only inside eo webbrowser. When we refresh the website it starts working again. It even doesn't matter what website is opened inside the browser, we even could reproduce this issue on youtube or google. The way to reproduce it is to do as many random multiple touches as possible and in 1-2 minutes it stops responding to touch events. No errors in the console, no crash reports from EO.WebBrowser We also couldn't reproduce this issue in Chrome.
Have you ever encountered smth like this? Could you please help us understand how we can prevent this issue from happening?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
We are not aware of such issues. We do not do anything special about touch event and so it has the same code as Google Chrome. However we do use a slightly older version of the Chromium engine which maybe the root issue. We will refresh our Chromium engine very soon. So you can try the new version when it is out and see if it resolves the issue.
As part of the troubleshooting process, you may also want to try a different touch screen to see whether it is an issue to specific touch devices or to all touch devices.
Thanks!
