Hello.
I purchased a EO.Web Controls Suite (2010) Developer License. I installed the the control suite. Then I put my product key in license manager. But where is my eo_web.licx file? I don't find it. I have to generate it? How?
I'm working with visual studio 2008.

Hi,

You need to go to your orders page, click "View", then select the version, then click "Redistribute Key" tab.

Thanks!

Hi,

Please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account;
2. Go to "My Orders" page;
3. Click "View" under the "License Key" column;
4. Click "Redistribute Key" tab;
5. Either set host name or click "Continue without host name";

On the next page you should see option for you to download eo_web.licx.

However our product is for Windows only. So I am not sure if you can use it on Linux.

Thanks!

Hi,

You have an extremely old version that is not tested on newer browsers. You can try to download the current version from our download page to see if it works for you. Note that you will need a new license in order to use the current version in production --- however when you try it you can simply try it without a license to see if it works (Make sure you do NOT apply your old license).

Thanks!
