Our client is facing an exception for EO.WebBrowser, which is being used in an excel based VSTO addin. Before the launch of the Web Browser window, a pop up occurs with a rundll32.exe - Application error.
The memory could not be read.
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in rundll32.exe. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has Just-in-time debugging enabled.
The application crashes at this point and the browser url is never rendered.
After going through several posts in this forum, could not find a concrete solution to this issue.
Appreciate any assistance with this issue.
EO.WebBrowser version being used is 20.1.88.0

Hi, Please follow the steps here to collect the crash log information: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/common/crash_report.aspxOnce we receive the crash log, we will look into it and see what we can find. Thanks!

Hi eo_support,
Since this issue is occurring consistently in the client's machine, you should be already receiving the crash log.
Is there a way to also capture the logs in the client's machine?
Thanks, Minal

Hi,
There are a few important things in order for us to be able to analyze the log. First you would need to update to the latest build, then you will need to set EO.Base.Runtime.ApplicationID so that we would be able to match up the log with your application.
Thanks!
