Using a Tabstrip on a web page and sometimes I see that a client generates the following error message:

Hi,
Are you using it with ASP.NET AJAX? That can occur when you submit the page two quickly before it has been fully loaded. Please let us know if that is the case.

Hi,
Can you check the version you are running? It appears that the issue has already been fixed in the latest version (2007.2.32 = 5.0.35). If you are indeed running the latest, please post the full error message and we will take a look.

The assembly version of EO.Web.dll is 3.1.20.2. It looks like this is not the latest version. I do have the paid version. How do I get the newest one?

Hi,
You would just download from our download page. Once you upgrade to the newest version, you would need to go to "My Orders" page to download a license file for the newest version. Use that license file with the new version and you will be ready to go.
