Capture Method Issue Options

Hi, has anything changed internally for the Capture method in the latest release. We are getting different results then we are used to. Our screenshots come out mostly blank.

Hi,

The latest release uses a newer version of the browser engine so numerous things have changed. If you continue to have problem please send a test app to us and we will be happy to investigate further.

Yes. We did receive it and we can reproduce the problem here. However we still do not have a definite answer yet. We will reply here again when we have an update.

Hi,

We updated to the newest version and based on preliminary testing it looks to have solved the issue. We will be doing more in depth testing in the next couple of days and will inform you if we run into any problems.
