Hi,
The 2019 release is already available on our download page.
We provide free upgrade for one year with all orders. So if you have ordered it within one year, you can simply go to your license key page to download a new license key for this version and use it. If your order is older than one year, then you will need to renew your maintenance subscription in order to use this version.

Hi,
The download page contains the release version. To check whether your maintenance is current or download license key, you will need to contact the person who placed the order for you. He/she would need to go to "My Orders" page and everything is there. You won't see any orders in "My Orders" page because you did not place the order.

It seems like we did an update/upgrade in Aug of 2018, so it would be less than a year. What is the process to proceed and what does buying this get us (vs just downloading the release package)?

In addition to downloading the latest build from our download page, you will need to go to your license key page to download a license key. The order gives you access to license keys to new builds released within one year. So if your last order was in August 2018, then you will have access to the license keys to all builds made before August 2019. Since the current build is made before that date, so you will be able to download a license key for the current build from your account
Note that by "your account" it means the account that actually has access to the order. If you still have questions, please ask the person who actually have access to the order to contact us directly. Once he/she logs into his account, everything should be quite straight forward for him/her and it will be much easier for us to help him/her when they can access the order. It's much more difficult for you because you can't see what we are talking about from your own account.

Thank you for the update. We confirmed that we purchased on 4/16/18, so the key is valid through 4/16/19. If we do our update prior to 4/16/19, I understand that we can get that for free as it would be included as an update from our last purchase. However, will we still need to renew in order to keep using the product/license after 4/16/19 - whether we update to 2019 or not? OR will all services STOP on 4/17/19 unless we purchase?

Hi, No. You do NOT need to renew in order to keep using your existing license. Renewing is only for continue receiving new versions and tech support. Your existing license is perpetual and it does not need to be renewed. Thanks!

Hi,
The current renewing cost is 30% of the full price if you renew before your expiration date. If you renew after the expiration date, it will be slightly more expensive. This is because we have early renewing discount to encourage our users to stay up to date. Renewing early will not lose any time. So for example, regardless you renew today or a month later, your new expiration date will always be 4/16/20, which will be exactly one year after your current expiration date.

And how/who do I contact to renew? Is that just done via the same account we used last time?

Yes. You will do it from the account with your previous order. You would log into the account, go to "My Orders" page, then click "Renew" under the "Subscription Status" column for your previous order.
