I have a timer that calls WebView1.GetDOMWindow.document.getElementById() looking for the contents of a div. If I am moving the form and the timer fires, the whole application freezes. In fact, pretty much all of windows freezes and you can't click on anything and only the Windows key seems to free everything.
This worked in EO.2015.* versions but EO.2016.1.68 and EO.2016.2.1 is hanging.
I suspect this is maybe a threading issue that didn't exist in 2015. I am able to duplicate this in a sample application.

I have sent a test project in and it got rejected by your spam filters. I followed the link to release it, hopefully you get it.

I got similar issues on the latest build.
I don't have a timer or anything else, but if I move the Window while a web page is loading, it's like 1 out of 10 times it will cause an application hang - cannot click anything within the application nor move any window. By locking (Windows key + L) the computer and re-signin "unlocks" the hang.

Please download the new build from our download page and let us know how it goes. Because this is 2019 release, you will need to go to your license key to download a new license key for this release. Your previous license will not work with this build. Thanks!
