Yes. You are always more than welcome to post.
However, while we strive to offer the best support in the industry, we can not afford to answer questions that are not related to our product. Doing so would tie up our resources and would hamper our ability to provide better service for other users. Some other users may answer your post, but it generally takes much longer --- if it answered at all. On the contrary, our support team answers questions related to our product very quickly, usually within hours, if not quicker. Thus if it is a question related to our product, you can definitely post here and expect an answer very soon; if it is not, you may also want to consult other resources while awaiting other users to answer your question.
Sometimes a question would appear to be related to our product but it is actually not, for example, general compiling error when using our product. We would expect you to troubleshoot those issues by yourselves. Further more, since our product is for developers, so we would expect you to already have reasonable programming knowledge/skills. Thus if you are not familiar with a specific technology or programming topics (for example, ASP.NET) related to our product, most likely we won't be able to help you either.
Thanks for understanding!
