Dear Support Team,
some of our customers has the problem, that ntdll.dll crashes every time they want to load an URL in our application with your webbrowser. They get the following message "DLL for NT-Layer has stopped working". Unfortunately we can not locate this issue.
Could it be, that there is a problem with your outsourced rundll32 host processes on this devices?
Do you know this issue or have any fix?
Best regards, Philipp

Hi, Yes. This could be related to that and it usually is related to another third party DLL that is also injected to the process. You can try to use our own worker process executable instead. See here for more details: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/common/eowp.aspxPlease let us know if that resolves the issue for you. Thanks
