Hi:

I tried to subscribe to the RSS feed for the Support forum, but it doesn't seem to work.

Is it still active? If so, please provide the RSS feed address for the Support forum.

Thanks for bring this to our attention. I don't think this is supported. We will update the UI to remove the option.
