These are two separate issues. We are able to reproduce the load completed event not fired issue with the test app you sent to us and we are still working on this issue. We will reply here again or reply your email once we have an update.
The "This WebView either has already been destroyed or is being destroyed" is a different issue. It usually indicates a crash inside the browser engine. In order to investigate this problem further, we usually would need to reproduce it first. So if you can reproduce it, please send a reproducing app (like the LoadCompleted event test app you sent to us), we will be able to look further. If you can not reproduce it, I would recommend you to wait until next week, by which time we should have a new release out that is based on a newer Chromium browser engine. You can switch to that version to see if the problem still occurs. If it still occurs, then you can follow the steps here to collect crash log:
