An exception of type 'EO.Pdf.HtmlToPdfException' occurred in EO.Pdf.dll but was not handled in user code
Additional information: Convertion failed. Failed to resolve LoadLibrary and GetProcAddress
Started getting this error again all of a sudden. Not sure why this is happening and if there is a fix (aside from buy the new version), I'm all eyes and ears.
product version 4.0.41.2
windows 10 development machine
iis 7.5 webserver, 2008 R2

Thanks for posting in the forum. You will receive this error when you use an older version on Windows 10. In order to resolve this issue, you will need to upgrade to newer versions. If you can PM us with your previous order number, we can look it up to see if we have any upgrade discount for you. We have upgrade discount if your previous order is less than 3 years old.
