One of my clients is getting Error code -138 in the loadfailed event.

What exactly does that mean?

I wish there was an easy list somewhere where we could see the error codes and the descriptions next to them.

Hi,

Error code -131 means MANDATORY_PROXY_CONFIGURATION_FAILED. This indicates a problem with proxy configuration, usually a problem with the PAC file.
