Printing PDF with WebBrowser - sometimes not printing Options

Hi, do you have any suggestions as to what would cause PDF files to not print anymore? This was reported by a user with 30 computers and the problem only occurs on one. They can print other pages (HTML), just not PDF.

Sometimes it can print one or two PDF files then stops.

Any information as to what's involved in printing PDF files would be appreciated.

Hi,

We can't think of anything that can cause PDF printing to stop. There is virtually no difference between printing a PDF file and a page because printing a normal page in fact render it to PDF first. Do you see printing jobs showing up in your Printer Status Window when the printing doesn't work?
