Upgraded from 16.1.54.0, where everything worked fine.
We have a wpf application showing web-pages, and uses Runtime.AlwaysShowOnScreenKeyboardOnTouch = true, to automatically
show onscreen keyboard on touch screens. This is no longer working...

Tested on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10...
