EO Browser shows white screen first time while rendering HTML content Options

Hi,

We are using the EO Web Browser version 2016.1.39.0.

While loading the HTML content in the Web View of Browser control, in few of machines it shows white screen for long and doesn't load the content for first time. Subsequently once user close the form (Consisting of EO Browser control), it works correctly.

Can you kindly help us out to get rid of this issue.

same issue using EO 2016. Does 2017 address this issue? Is there a 'refresh' of some kind that could be executed on app startup before the UI becomes visible? Thanks.

Please download the latest build and see if it works for you. This appears to be an issue that we have already fixed.

I have the same experience with the 2017 EO web browser, although for me the problem is intermittent.

I just upgraded to 2017 (via NuGet) from the 2015 version, which does not have the problem.

The EO.WebBrowser.DLL that I currently have installed is dated 1/20/17 at version 17.0.40.0.

I may need to revert back to the 2015 version until a fix is available.

In that case you can try to isolate the problem into a test project and send the test project to us. See here for more details:

Once we have that we will try to reproduce it here and see what we can find.
