Hiya,

We're trying to run EO.pdf version 15.2.65.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2 but we're getting the following error:

Conversion failed. Child process not ready. nWaitResult = 1


EO.Pdf.dll and EO.base.dll are in both the bin directory for the application and installed in the GAC. The same application works fine on Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2003, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

Any idea whats wrong?

Hi,

This usually occurs when you have some AntiVirus/Security software on the computer that incorrectly kills our child process. If that's the case, please try to disable them and see if it works for you.
