Image Quality On PDF Zoom Options

Hello team

We're having an issue where we have a high res image on a PDF and when it exports it looks fine at 100% but when we zoom to anything less than 100 it gets severely distorted (comparison below). I've tried all of the image quality options such as PreserveHighResImages, SaveImageAsJpeg, JpegQualityLevel, AutoAdjustForDPI but nothing seems to better then image when zoom is below 100%. Is there something we're missing here?
