I read this topic which confirmed my suspicion we need to have a single html document converted to PDF to maintain internal links.

http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst7482_Table-of-contents-Link.aspx

The problem is I need to know after the initial pdf is built which sections are on what page to build the TOC.

I know I can convert each section to PDF and get page length that way but that means duplicate conversion when I do the final run to make the links work.

Is there a work around to this?

Hi,

Please see if this method fits your need:

http://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/eo.pdf.pdfdocument.merge_overload_3.aspx

The method allows you to merge the result of multiple conversions and automatically fixes up the link in between them.

Thanks!
