Can EO.pdf sign documents using the certificates collection in active directory?

Hi,
I do not think so. The problem is not which certificate can be used to sign document, the problem is which certificate the PDF viewer would trust. You can sign your document with any certificates, even certificates signed by yourself. However a third party PDF viewer would only trust certificates that it believes it should trust, which is usually a certificate issued by a trusted CA. So if you choose to sign a document with a certificate that your PDF viewer does not trust, then it would have no use.
