Hey there,
I'm running in to a problem while trying to extract the fields from a document (specifically the PCI Report on Compliance pdf) so that I can then write to them. The odd part is that the doc.Fields (I should add that I've verified that doc is being loaded correctly) returns an empty list. I don't think it's possible, however, that this document doesn't have any fields since it's ~200 pages long and I know that people fill it out, so I'm at a bit of a conundrum. Am I using doc.Fields incorrectly?

Hi,

You can send the PDF file to us and we will be happy to take a look. See here for details on how to send test project/files to us:

Thanks!

Hi,

We looked into the file you sent to us and we do not see any fields either. Can you tell us on which page there are form fields?

Thanks!

If you couldn't find any than maybe there aren't any. I just assumed there were because the pdf looks like it has them. Is it possible they can't be accessed because the pdf is locked? I noticed I can't edit the pdf normally either.

You will need to put out reasonable effort on such things yourself first. We are not in a position to check your file just because it looks like it should be something. You can easily check whether a file has input fields or whether it is locked using a wide range of PDF viewer program. This is something you should do yourself and not rely on us.
