NewWindow windowname is always empty - Web browser Options

I am on the webbrowser latest version and I realized that the webview.windowname property is always empty!?

The windowname is always empty for any popup view, the previous version seems fine but the latest one doesn't work with me.
Will create a test project and will send it to you.
