Moving linked order from one account to another Options

I have an issue where the user that original purchased your software has the order linked to an account. This person no longer works for me. I need find out what I need to do to move the order from this old account to my account. I tried using the Link Order page, but I am receiving the following message:

The order is already linked to an user account.

Hi Chad,

Please PM us your order number. The license is non-transferable, but we will see what we can do since the person no longer work for you.
