We are getting an EO.Base.Runtime.Exception on some computers for one of our clients.
The exception is
A runtime exception has occurred. You can handle EO.Base.Runtime.Exception event to silent this message. If the
problem continues, please contact EO support with the information below:
Exception:
System.ArgumentException: Process with an Id of 12292 is not running.
at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId, String machineName)
at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId)
at EO.Internal.jn.a(String[] A_0, String A_1, String A_2, String A_3, String A_4)

I have a screenshot of the error but did not know how to attach an image. It basically says the above with some encrypted text below it.
What course of action would be best to try and resolve this. It is only happening at one of our customers on only a few of their computers.

Hi,
Please check if you have any Anti-Virus programing on that computer and disable it to see if it works.
