It is quite large, and when we distribute, either via click-once or our own system, only changed files are downloaded. You upgrade your components frequently, and that's very good, but the webengine file generates a lot of bandwidth and extra time for our upgrades, probably not necessary since this is your wrapping of the chrome-engine, and I assume it is rarely updated...
