Datepicker - Unable to initialize external design module

Am using VS 2010 when I am trying to use date picker in my web form the above error comes

Hi,

Please try to update to the latest build and see if it resolves the issue. Early builds requires our DLLs to be in GAC. The DLLs are added to GAC by the installer. However sometimes this can fail due to permission issues. In that case the DLLs will not be added into GAC and you will receive this error. However the latest build no longer requires the DLLs to be in GAC. So that may resolve the issue for you.
