I'm using EO.Pdf for .NET v6.0.12.2 and I wanted to know - Will it work in Windows 10?

How can I know if I qualify for the new version for free?

Hi,
If you have purchased the product within a year, then you would qualify the new version for free. We do not see any order directly under your account, so you will need to contact the person who provided you the original license information and have he/her to log into his/her account to check it for you. Ask him/her to revisit the license key page. If the order covers the current version, then they will see the license key for the new version listed there. If not, then the one year subscription has already expired. In that case you would need to renew your subscription in order to qualify the new version.
