Hi,
We have the the EO Total 2013 suite. We are having a problem on one server with using the FileExplorer control on a website when using Internet Explorer 10 or 11. The screen goes blank, but the Windows Event Viewer reveals the following:

It works fine in IE 9.

Hi, Please try to update both your .NET Framework and EO.Web.dll to the latest (including all .NET patches deployed through Windows Update) and see if it works. ASP.NET needs to be updated in order to support IE 11 due to the new agent string used by IE 11. We also had to change a number of things in order to support IE. If the latest version still does not work, please try to isolate the problem into a test project and send the test project to us. We will investigate further as soon as we have that. Thanks for your prompt response!
We have EO.Total (2013) - Corporate License and currently have product version 11.0.20.2 of the EO.Web.dll. How can I get a newer version? All that I can find download links to are 2014... or do we need to purchase it??

Hi,
You will need to purchase an upgrade (it will only be 30% of the full price) if you wish to use the current build. However your original purchase also include a free one year upgrade which would allow you to use any build released within one year of your purchase. So if you wish, you can try the latest free build for you first and see if that resolves the issue for you (please let us know so that we can provide you the download link and keys). On the other hand, since your version was placed in 2013, so it's been almost 2 years old. As such you might wish to consider upgrading to the current version directly. That will bring your version to current and give you another year of free upgrade. This can potentially save you a lot of trouble in case you run into other issues with the older versions.

Hi, I just started upgrading our projects on Friday with what the current download was which is for 2015. Unfortunately, when we purchased our upgrade it was for 2014 and that is what our license is for. Does our free one year upgrade then give us a 2015 license? If so could you please assign those to my account so that I can get them?

Yes. Your upgrade does cover the current 2015 builds. Please revisit your license key page and you should see a new option allowing you to download license key for 2015.
