There is no feature for you to do whole page directly. If you use EO.Pdf, you can capture an image for each page:

If you use EO.WebBrowser, you can capture what's visible in the browser window:

http://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/6/eo.webbrowser.webview.capture_overloads.aspx

The browser window does not have to be on-screen, which gives you the possibility to capture an image bigger than screen. However it screen captures from an off-line screen buffer thus the size of the area to be captured is still limited. Generating/capture an image for the full page is not practical when the page is too long because it would be constrained by memory conditions.
