I am using a Dell laptop with a touchscreen running Windows 8.1 64 bits. I noticed that when I tap on a link with target="_blank" two new windows are created instead of one. I assume NewWindow triggers twice. I don't have Visual Studio on my touchscreen PC.

The problem does not happen with other web browsers such as Chrome so it doesn't seem to be a problem with my touchscreen.

It does happen in the sample program opening multiple tabs with the same page.

Clicking with a mouse does not cause the problem.

It can be tested with http://www.pokerstar.com Tap on the first tab on the left called Play Poker Now
