Hi,

Please update to the latest build. Microsoft has released a Windows update recently that broke our product and would give you the above error. We have already work around that problem. You can download the update build from our download page. Please try that and let us know if it resolves the issue for you.

Thanks!

Thanks we will check it. It is hard for us to verify since we need to create a new installer and re-release. But when we have any update from customers, we will update here.

No problem. In the mean time you can ask them to check whether they have recently installed KB3000850. If they have, you can ask them to temporarily uninstall this update. This is the update that breaks older build of EO.WebBrowser. The current build works fine with this update, so once you have released an update to your software, they can reinstall KB3000850.

Thanks for confirming the fix. In this case rebuilding your software with our latest build will resolve the issue for you.
