We create a merged document from two pdf files. As a result we have Adobe Reader X error (cannot extract font...). Some charaxters in document are missing.
This problem can be easily produced when using merge of PDFDocument class objects. If we merge same files using files from hard disk we have no problems!
Is there a fix? thanks

Hi, The problem might be related to the files that you are trying to merge. Please check if the problem still exists with the latest EO.Pdf build (you can download it from our download page). If the problem still exists, you can send us the test files and we will be happy to investigate further. See here for instructions on test files: http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/test_project.aspxThanks!

Maybe one of our files has a problem inside but we use two ways of merging PDFs with EO.PDF and have different results. And if we merge files from hard disk using Merge(string path1? string path2) we do not have any problems.
Test project has been sent to you.

Hi,
This is just to let you know that we have received the test files and looked into the problem. The issue is caused by the two files having two different "versions" of the same font, when we merge the file we did not keep all the data in these two different versions. We are making the changes on our end and our next build should be able to merge these two files correctly.
We will post again as soon as the new build is available.
Thanks!
