Hi to you support team.
We have tried your EO.htmlToPdf product and it was very satisfying so we decided to buy it.
we got the key which was needed to add to the "aplication_start" procedure in the global.asax and placed it there.
But the title was still visible at the pdf bottom.
I assume this product requires to replace the temporary trial dll to a new dll.
Do you have any manual which I can use in order to accomplish this task?

Hi,
We do not have a separate trial DLL. There are only two cases why the license may not work for you:
1. Your Application_Start procedure is not called. To find out whether this is the problem, try to call the license code in your Page_Load handler;
2. Your license version and your DLL version does not match. If you have purchased very recently, then your license key is v6 and your EO.Pdf.dll should have a major version number 6. If you have an older EO.Pdf.dll, then you will need to download the latest from our download page and update to that build;
