EO.PDF We have a problem with viewing generated PDFs in the built-in PDF reader in IOS. The problem is that the data added into form elements is missing. Viewing the same file in Adobe Reader on IOS or in Chrome or in Windows doesn't show this issue. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?

Hi,
This is probably a problem of the built-in PDF reader in IOS since our files are generated based on the open PDF standard. You can try a different file with pre-filled form fields and see if they display correctly with the built-in reader in IOS. If they don't appear either, then you are probably chasing something that does not exist. If they do appear correctly but our files does not, then you can email us both files (click "Submit test project" on top of the forum for instructions) and we will look into it to see if we can find anything. Sometimes certain viewers have certain peculiar --- for example, certain fields must appear in certain orders while in the standard orders do not matter. If we can find and confirm such peculiar then we might be able to change our code to satisfy it (there is no guarantee though).
Thanks!
