Missing images and style sheets on server Options

I've been successfully using the PDF library on my local machine during development, but after moving the site onto our dev server, the PDF's are missing images and css styles. The PDF is still generated and returned, however there is no formatting or image resources.

I'm using the MVC5 MvcToPdf function. I'll keep digging but I was hoping you might have an idea. The AppPool service account has full privileges on the app directory.

OK, thanks. It appears to be an Authorization issue on our end.
